- Tunisia are already qualified for the quarter finals. They will win the group with a draw or win against Guinea
- If Guinea beat Tunisia they will win the group
- If Guinea lose to Tunisia they will still qualify if Rwanda does not beat Congo DR in the parallel match
- If Rwanda beat DR Congo and Guinea lose to Tunisia by two goals or more, Rwanda are qualified
- If Rwanda beat DR Congo by two goals or more and Guinea lose to Tunisia, Rwanda are qualified
- If Rwanda beat DR Congo by one goal difference and Guinea lose to Tunisia by one goal difference, it will depend on goals scored: the team will advance in whose match are more goals scored. (for example Rwanda win 2:1, Guinea lose 0:1, Rwanda will be qualified)
- if the results are the same (for example Rwanda win 1:0, Guinea lose 0:1), drawing lots will determine who will advance
